Bu kış içimdeki asiyi asker kabanları zımbalı aksesuarlar ve siyahla ortaya çıkarmaya çalışsam da, trend haritamı burdan inceleyebilirsiniz, itiraf ediyorum yazı ve renk skalasını içten içe özledim. Neon detayların soğuk Londra ve New York sokaklarına renk kattığını belirtmeliyim. Bu aralar biraz 'renklenmek' hepimizin ihtiyacı olan tek şey sanırım. This winter, even if I tried to discover the 'bad boy' inside me in terms of style, which you can find the inspiration board here, I have to admit that I seriously missed summer and its own color scale. The only thing we really need is some color these days, to brighten up! Street style photos are by Candice Lake for Teen Vogue Online, feel free to inspire. Daha önce bahsettiğim yeni yılın yeni kararlarindan biri, haftada 3 spor'du. Zordu, ama çingene pembesi Adidas'larımın içine girince hiçbir şey durduramıyordu azmimi. Geçtiğimiz Salı günü Mürekkep'te en sevdiğim spor giyim markası olan Adidas'ın 2013 İlkbahar/Yaz koleksiyonunu incelemeye gittik. İç geçirdiğim Stella McCartney yumuşak tonlardan oluşan paletinin ürünü; koşu, yoga ve stüdyo koleksiyonunun, geniş Adidas Originals seçkisinin yanında, Jeremy Scott ve Adidas işbirliğinin yeni tasarımları vardı. Jeremy Scott yine kalbimi çalmıştı...

As I mentioned before, I am quite determined about my goals for 2013, one of them was to have 3 workout in a week. First, it was hard to be a consistent runner but I couldn't stop myself when I was in my pink Adidas tracksuit. Last tuesday, I had a chance to see the Spring/Summer 2013 collection of Adidas, which is one of my favorite casual sportswear brand. Apart of peaceful collection of Stella McCartney collabratation in soft palette, bright coloured Adidas Originals collection, again, I immediately fell in love with the designs of Jeremy Scott for Adidas for this spring. 

Son iki senedir bir 'sneaker' insanı olduğumu belirtmem size garip gelebilir zira kombin yazılarında sizi rengarenk spor ayakkabılarımla şaşırtmıyorum ama rahatlık ve stil söz konusu olduğunda ortak nokta 'sneaker'lar. Siz bilgisayar karşısında Jeremy'nin Adidas için hazırladığı koleksiyonu hayranlıkla inceleyin, ben bu sırada size mini bir playlist sunuyorum. Get The Party Started - IFW 2013 FW

Itiraf etmek gerekirse ben Istanbul Fashion Week cadirina ayak attigim zamanlarda kendimi evimde gibi hissediyorum, sanki uzun zamandir kavusamadigim sicak yuvama kavusmus gibi... Yakin oldugum simalar, begendigim sovlar, yeni tanismalar, kosturan basin... Olsun begenmedigim tasarimcilar veya on siralari kaplayan asiri giyimli hanimlar... Umrumda olmuyor pek acikcasi. Bu carsambada yine ayni hisle Modazon ekibiyle adimimi attim IFW cadirina. Her ne kadar ben Santral Istanbul'da gerceklesen fashion weeke bayilan bir katilimci olsam da, Taksim'in ulasilabirligi de cok anlamli. Saatler 12.00'i gosterirken, usumus bir Ada, ilk defa TOPUKSUZ cizmeleriyle moda haftasi cadirina girdi; (ki inanin hic bir moda haftasina topuksuz katilacagimi dusunmezdim) tum gun fotograf kosusturmacasinda pek rahat ettigimi soyleyebilirim.
I have to admit that Istanbul Fashion Week tent feels like home to me. Even if I don't admire some designers or overdressed front row ladies, I don't care it too much. This wednesday was the first day of IFW Fall Winter 2013. It held at Taksim at the tent of IFW. It was strange that I did not wear heels but it was quite comfortable to run errands to shoot street style and backstage photography :)

Ilk gun uzerimde sezon trendlerinden Urban Outfitters gumus renk kazak, yuzumde ise sadece pudra ve bordo/kirmizi bir ruj vardi. Bu sezon makyaj trendlerinden ilham alarak denemek istedigim bir seydi, denedim ama benim icin en iyi tercih oldugundan emin degilim. Bu sizi durdurmasin cunku trend basli basina pek seksi :)
At the first day of IFW, I put;
 my red lipstick on to try a makeup trend,
silver jumper (Urban Outfitters) on to be trendy.

Gun erken basladigindan soluk direk Gamze Saracoglu backstage'inde alindi. Koleksiyonunu merakla bekledigim tasarimci beni kesinlikle hayal kirikligina ugratmadi. Koleksiyonu merak edenleri buraya alalim, TIKTIK. 
As the day started so early for me, I sneaked out :P to the backstage of Gamze Saracoglu. She totally rocked the runway by the way, to see her collection click.

Gecenlerde farkettim ki fazla sevilen seylere karsi bir antipati duymaya basliyorum. Favori modellerimden biri olan fakat basarisi her gun artan Didem Soydan'a da ayni antipatikligi gostermeye baslayacaktim ki, onu tekrar fotografladiktan sonra bu mumkun olmadi :) IFW'de karsima cikan, hep begendigim modellere eklemeler ise Serenay Sarikaya, Selma Ergec... Gamze Saracoglu'nun defilesini acan Selma Ergec'in Saracoglu tasarimlariyla yine guzel bir butun yakalamisti.
I realized that I don't like something which became too popular recently. Model who I shot, Didem Soydan became too successful so that I was starting to not like her, BUT STILL it didn't happened after I shot her and realize how beautiful she is.

Kuliste kosusturmaca devam ededursun, gunun ikinci begendigim defilesi ise Tuvana Buyukcinar'inki oldu. Tasarimlarini her zaman yaratici, cilgin fakat giyilebilir buldugum tasarimci, bu sene 'Ciddiyet Parodisi' adini verdigi koleksiyonunda kullandigi puantiye ve dantel birlesimi cok hosuma gitti. Pul ve payetten bu koleksiyondada vazgecmeyen Buyukcinar'in bu tarz dikkat ceken parcalari agirbasli bir hale sokmasinda yardimci olan styling Merve Kirsan ve Hakan Ozturk'u de tebrik etmek lazim.
While the backstage was on fire, I really liked the collection of Tuvana Buyukcinar. I always find her designs so creative, funky but wearable. This time she tried something more serious but still she had her own way to do it. I really like the combination of lace with dots and the styling of the fashion show. Curious? click.

Unutmadan gecen sene IFW'de goremedigim Vogue Genel Yayin Yonetmeni Seda Domanic'i bu sene ilk gunde gordugume cok sevindim. Her ne kadar gelismekte olan bir moda haftasi olsak ta Vogue gibi asilli bir derginin de Turk modasinin nabzini tutmak icin orada bulunmasi cok hostu. Ayrica favori Elle editorum Seda Yilmaz'da oradaydi. Giyim tarzini pek begendigim editorun stil detayini cekip Modazon'a koymadan olmazdi.
By the way it was really nice to see Editor In Chief of Vogue Turkiye, Seda Domanic. Even if we are not a superb fashion week, the support they gave is too important. Also I met with my favorite Elle Turkey editor, Seda Yilmaz that I couldn't help myself and shot her style photo.

Yakinda kadrajimdan backstage ve IFW stil fotograflari modazon.com 'da yayinlanacak :). Ilk gunun stil detaylarindan bir kesit yayinlandi bile, gormek icin TIKTIK.

Uzun lafin kisasi, sovun ortasinda cikmak istedigim defileler olsa da ben Istanbul Fashion Week'e mumkun oldugu sure boyunca katilmaktan zevk alacagim galiba, yarin da orada olacagim, twitter 'dan takipte kalin ;)

Too Close For Comfort.

Eski bir dostu gormek, ozlediginiz seyleri yapip cokca gulmek, en guzel terapi. Bende bu cumartesimi etrafimda sevdigim insanlar, sevdigim ortamlarda gecirdim, once Nisantasi sonra Galata. Elimde fotograf makinasi, kolumda arkadaslar, agzimda tiramisunun biraktigi tat...
To see an old friend, to do some the things you missed and laugh , is the best therapy in the world. So this saturday I spend my time with the people I love and in the places I adore: Nisantasi and Galata. My camera in my hands, having the people I love near myself and the taste of the desert I had... Marvelous.

Gunun kahramanlarindan once, ilk duragi... Bebek mavisi kutularina ic gecirerek baktigimiz, 'key chain'i yillarca wishlistimizde duran Tiffany & Co. Burasi bir cennet daha fazla soze gerek yok...
We started our day at Tiffany&Co and sighted while looking at its sweet blue boxes and the key chain which is always on our wishlist. It's a heaven, don't have to mention it again.

Nisantasi demek Beymen Blender demek, kuru kafa mumlari begeniyor, Marc Jacobs laptop case'leri 2012'de edinecekler listesine ekliyor, Comme De Garcons clutchlarin renklerine bayiliyoruz.
Nisantasi means Beymen Blender so we could not stop ourselves to look inside. We adore the candles which is a skull and love the colors of Comme De Garcons' clutches.

Gunun ilk fotograflanan kisisi Nilu. Arkadasim Fransizca'ya, Paris'e, laf aramizda Fransiz modellerine bayilan biri. Muhabbet bu yone kayiyor, yazin birlikte yapacagimiz Paris seyahati hakkinda ic gecirerek hayallere daliyoruz...
Nilu was the first person I photographed. She loves french, paris and french models (OFCOURSE). So we started to talk about our Paris trip which we will make in summer.

Derken uc peynirli tortellinim geliyor ki Salomanje bu isi iyi biliyor. Her bir parcanin lezzeti beni buyuluyor.

By the way my tortellini pasta was so great that I couldn't finish the chat I had. Thanks Salomanje!

Bu sirada Selim cheesecake'i mideye indiriyor, bu postta gorunmeyen kahraman Merve ise turk kahvesiyle mutlu, yesil kivircik saclarini karistiriyor. Grafik okuyan Merve'nin baski calismalarindan bahsediyoruz. Bu konusmadan iyice keyiflenen Selim yeni planlarini bize anlatmaya basliyor.
Selim also likes Salomanje so much, especially its cheesecake. Also Merve ( which will be mysterious in this post because I realized that I forget to shoot her ), drinks her turkish coffee while playing with her green curly hair. Then we started to talk about her art skills. By the way Selim enjoys his eat and the chat we were having, he starts to talk about his plans for 2012.

Bir de bakiyoruz Nisantasi bizi basiyor ve solugu Galata'da aliyoruz... Aramiza katilacak Burcu ile gorusmek icin Building yollarini tutuyoruz. Burcu ile Selim'i daha yakindan tanitmak icin onlari sona saklamayi tercih ediyorum.
After that we got bored from Nisantasi and headed into Galata... Walked to 'Building' store to meet our lovely friend Burcu. 

Building favorilerim Tartar kolyeler, en yakin zamanda bir kac adet edinmeli. Ozellikle kece olanlar kis icin cok ideal.
My favorites form Building was Tartar necklaces. We should really have three of them for winter.

Sonra kahramanimiz Burcu Aslan'in yilbasi icin Building'de hazirladiklarina goz gezdiriyoruz. Color blocking trendini kendi tarziyla yorumlayan Burcu'nun Building'deki favorilerine goz gezdiriyoruz. Yemegi seviyoruz ya, hemen Building'in yanindaki Mavra'ya kendimizi atiyoruz.
While visiting Building, we took a look at Burcu's new collection. She reflected the color blocking trend in her way in her special new years eve collection. As we love to eat, we went to Mavra to have a desert :) Mmh..

Unutmadan bugun hafif hafif ciseledi yagmur... Aksamustu yarattigi etkide cok guzeldi. Mavra'da bu sirada muhabbet devam ediyor.
Also this saturday it rained. The view of the streets in nightlight was so nice... Speaking of streets of Galata, when we sat on Mavra:

Burcu'nun yesil cayli icetea'ye bayildigini, karmasik desenleri ise cok yorucu oldugunu ogreniyorum. Bir genc tasarimci olarak onun hakkinda daha cok sey ogrenmek icin de sizi bu sayfaya davet ediyorum...

Aslinda gecen sene Burcu'yla beni tanistiran Selim, moda askiyla Mersin'den Istanbul'a gelen bir ogrenci. Derken Nilu fransiz usulu suflesine basliyor, masada bir hossohbet devam ediyor. Sonra telefon caliyor, Nilu'yle donus yoluna geciyoruz. Taksim gece yine cok guzel.
By the way Nilu tried her french type soufflé and we continued to talk: suddenly my phone rang, Nilu and I headed to our homes. Meantime Taksim is beautiful at night.

Serdar-i Ekrem'i bitirirken Bahar Korcan'in vitrin tasarimini begeniyor, bunu da fotografliyoruz. Sonrasiysa baska hikaye ama masalimiz burada bitiyor...
